Information security
We secure information you provide on cloud servers based solely in Europe, unless otherwise requested prior to any contract and agreed said contract. Information is stored in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We keep reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and personal data disclosure in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.
How long we keep information
Personal information gathered directly and for the purpose of account management, active clients and current projects will be stored securely and used in line with the permissions given through opt-in or permissions granted within any contract or legally binding agreement entered into with opCo Consulting LTD.
Once these key uses are no longer required, information will usually be stored for 60 months before the anonymisation of such records, with the exception of financial records.
Any financial information, contracts, transactions made, money exchanged or other such records which could be required for legal or financial auditing purposes will usually be held for 6 years, in line with current standard legislation.
Any information gathered for marketing or research purposed that is purchased or obtained through public sources, agencies, contracted services or any other means other than account management, active clients and current projects, will be stored for a maximum of 36 months before the anonymisation of such records.
